Terms of service
These terms apply to every order placed on evernearco.com. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who we are
Ever Near is a trading name of Amin Mallol, a sole trader based in London E14, United Kingdom. You can reach us at sunamin.hq@gmail.com.
2. Your order
When you place an order, we email you to confirm we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we email you to say your order is on its way. If we can't accept your order, for example because of a pricing mistake or a stock problem, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery to UK addresses is free. When you buy more than one bracelet, the first costs £34.99 and each extra one costs £19.99, taken off automatically in your bag. Payment is taken when you place your order.
4. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times, and what happens if a parcel is late or lost, are set out in our Shipping policy.
5. Returns and your rights
You can return an unused bracelet within 30 days of delivery, as set out in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
6. The bracelet
Our photos show the bracelet as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. The bracelet contains small parts, so keep it away from young children.
7. Our responsibility to you
If we don't meet these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
8. Your information
We only use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on our site when you placed it.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
